No Sew Mixed Media Fabric Binder

I think its time for more fabric play.  I will have the list of supplies needed below to make your very own No Sew Mixed Media Fabric Binder. 

Supplies Need:
1 Flat Quarter (Walmart sells them for $0.99)
Heat n' Bond Tape, Pellon Perma-Stick Tape or EZ-Steam Two Sided Fusible Web
Iron
Scissors
Tim Holtz Set of Binder Rings
Recycled Cardboard
Ruler
Chalk or Chalk Pencil

Optional Supplies:
Embossing Powder
Heat Gun
Permanent Ink
Rubberstamps
Multi-Surface Paints or Fabric Paints
